5-4-3-2-1-GO! The Mel Robbins 5 Second Rule works! I’ve used it to get to the gym, change my thinking, start a conversation, get up on - time (or at least reduce my snoozing) and more. The idea is to distract your thinking because in 5 seconds you’ll talk yourself out what you know you need to do to better yourself.
